Cancellation and Refund Policies

Program Cancellations:

Cancellation and refund policies apply to ALL Boys and Girls Club Airdrie and Irricana programs
Please contact us as early as possible with any cancellations.

  • If program is cancelled by BGCA – Full reimbursement will be issued
  • Cancellations by a parent/guardian less than 14 days prior to program start date – non refundable
  • Cancellation by a parent/guardian more than 14 days prior to program start date – refunded, minus 25% cancellation fee, based on the program fee.
  • NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS ON THE START DATE

Facility Rental Cancellations:

  • $50 non-refundable deposit due upon booking
  • Balance of payment due 7 (seven) days prior to event
