Program Cancellations:

Cancellation and refund policies apply to ALL BGC Airdrie Club programs.
Please contact us as early as possible with any cancellations at 403-948-3331 or [email protected]

• If program is cancelled by BGC Airdrie Club – Full reimbursement will be issued.
• Cancellations by a parent/guardian less than 14 days prior to program start date – non refundable.
• Cancellation by a parent/guardian more than 14 days prior to program start date – refunded, minus a 25% cancellation fee, based on the program fee.
• NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS ON THE START DATE
